1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Returns will be issued as a store credit in the form of a gift card, and will be emailed to you at the address provided at checkout.
  • Can not be a sale item. Sale items are final sale!

2. Condition of Item:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Items must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, food odors or stains of any kind.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
